Hi there! Welcome to my blog, Don’t Be Kneady! My name is Jenny and I currently live in Maryland with my cat, Tripp. I’ve loved to bake most of my life and enjoy learning new recipes and the science behind the recipes. I created this blog in memory of my Grandmom Shirley who’s recipes I grew up with and have learned to create over the years. She used to take her mix master on vacation with her and wake my dad and his siblings up with  the smell of fresh baked goods in the middle of the night. I can definitely say I’ve taken my KitchenAid on vacation with me! I also created the blog to share my recipes with friends and family, share my successes and failures of recipes I’ve tried and hopefully to put a delicious treat on your table!
